Teknoflex has its origins in the early 1950's as one of the first manufacturers of rigid printed circuit boards in the UK.
The company was acquired by the Dowty Group in the late 1970's and was the subject of a management buy-out in 1991 at which time it became a private company.
The company ceased manufacturing rigid printed circuit boards in 1983 at which time all resources were focused on flexible circuit manufacture and associated assembly and this continues to be the company's focus.
It is the company policy to continually extend its range of flexible circuit technologies ensuring that it remains at the forefront of technological development and innovation.
It is also the company's policy to operate across a range of industry sectors and geographical markets the benefits of which accrue to its entire customer base.
